NCBL Instructors
All NCBL instructors are experienced skateboarding instructors who enjoy working with today's boarders. All have been personally trained by Brian Owens and all have Background checks(livescan),and they are First Aid and CPR certified!
Brian Owens

The phrase Brian Owens coined years ago and eventually incorporated into his company’s slogan, "Livin’ a BOARD Life" truly encompasses his personal lifestyle. As an avid boarder, Brian lives on two edges, whether it’s snowboarding, surfing, wakesurfing, skateboarding, longboarding, skimboarding or wakesurfing. As a sponsored athlete at a young age, Brian developed a spirit and drive that remains evident in his personality today and teaching BOARD sports is his passion. The past 9 years he’s been developing and teaching skate/snowboard lessons programs targeting complete beginner to intermediate riders. In 2011 Brian achieved teaching 4000 documented action sport lessons with NCBL, and he was recognized as a professional snowboard instructor by the PSIA/AASI.

Dan Carson

Dan Carson is an enthusiastic board instructor, spending much of his time on a snowboard, longboard, skateboard, or anything. Great with the kids, he's an excellent instructor for any board sport!

Brian Nelson

Brian Nelson has been a professional instructor since 1999, teaching for a variety of different agencies, including the American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates Risk Management, the National Safety Council, and the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI). He is an authorized instructor to teach First Aid, all levels of CPR, water safety, scuba diving, and more!
