The phrase Brian Owens coined years ago and eventually incorporated into his company’s slogan, "Livin’ a BOARD Life" truly encompasses his personal lifestyle. As an avid boarder, Brian lives on two edges, whether it’s snowboarding, surfing, wakesurfing, skateboarding, longboarding, skimboarding, mountainboarding, wakeboarding, carveboarding, or any other BOARD type he or anyone else will dream up. As a sponsored athlete at a young age, Brian developed a spirit and drive that remains evident in his personality today. Teaching a person a new BOARD sport is a huge passion and over the past 5 years he’s been developing a skate lesson program that targets any complete beginner to intermediate skateboarder. With safety in mind, and working in conjunction with the City of Folsom Parks & Recreation department, this program has become the premier skate lesson program of the greater Sacramento region!

Dan Carson is an enthusiastic board instructor, spending much of his time on a snowboard, longboard, skateboard, or anything. Great with the kids, he's an excellent instructor for any board sport!

Brian Nelson has been a professional instructor since 1999, teaching for a variety of different agencies, including the American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis & Associates Risk Management, the National Safety Council, and the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI). He is an authorized instructor to teach First Aid, all levels of CPR, water safety, scuba diving, and more!
